Giving for Gia
On February 10th, 2023, we lost our daughter, Gia Miller, due to anencephaly. Anencephaly is a type of neural tube defect in which the baby develops without major parts of the brain and skull. Sadly, there are no treatment options for this condition and the cause is unknown.
Our family is hosting a fundraiser in Gia’s memory titled “Giving for Gia” with all proceeds being donated to The Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
This event will be held at Susquehanna Brewing Company on August 26th, 2023, from 1-9pm. There will be a food truck from 1-7, live music from 3-4 and then 7-10, basket raffles, and of course beer!
